Responsabilitati JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Undertake a review of HR administration processes and to propose improvements to increase efficiency of operation whilst maintaining compliance with legal/ITM requirements
• Undertake generalist HR administration and data management
• Prepare contracts of employment and other related employee documentation as required
• Assist the HR Manager on implementing solutions as needed on specific operational issues (eg performance management, absenteeism, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working requests, exit interviews etc)
• Assist HR Manager with recruitment and selection activities including employee support tasks such as job profiles, reviewing applications, interviews, contract administration, induction activities and updating employee files
• Assist with the administration and coordination of the company appraisal process
• Produce HR related reports as required
• Participate in people related projects as required
• Undertake other tasks or activities as required by the HR Manager
Cerinte SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Recent experience (minimum 2 years) of working as an HR Administrator within a company working on core generalist activities
• HR qualified or working towards this
• Up to date working knowledge of Romanianemployment law and employee relations
• Able to work effectively under pressure and in an organized manner, juggling multiple priorities.
• Practical, hands on and results driven approach.
• Credibility and confidence to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.
• Fluency in spoken and written English (required)
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Accuracy, research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Stamina and persistence
• A “can do” approach
• Initiative to achieve the best result.
