| Responsabilitati | Job Objectives: Innovation and reliability in a high traffic production environment Job Description: 1. If you are an ingenious Systems Engineer who likes to work in an environment where things move quickly and performance is of great importance, then Madrivo is the place for you! 2. As part of our team you will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment where your ideas will be equally valued as your engineering expertise. 3. While working in Madrivo’s team you’ll be involved in every phase of the systems administration / DevOps processes. Necessary: • 2 years minimum Unix or Linux systems administration experience in a high traffic production internet site • 1 years minimum experience with Apache or Nginx web servers, MySQL and database clusters, MTAs • Scripting experience in Bash, Python, PHP or Perl • Solid networking knowledge • DNS management experience • Experience administering a relational database • Good understanding or experience with performance tuning, automation and configuration management • Ability to quickly troubleshoot and identify performance bottle-necks and complex problems, possibly involving OS internals • Experience maintaining a good IP reputation for email servers You will among other things will be doing: • Performance tuning and monitoring • Resource utilization and uptime monitoring • Automation • Day to day maintenance • Network security |
