| Descriere | For our client, a key player in the agribusiness industry, we are looking for a Contract Execution Officer, who will be responsible for accomplishing the duties related to all processes involved in the contract execution - such us: planning, execution and control of the movement, placement and quality of the goods, the supporting activities related to such movement and placement, together with the corresponding documentary flow - until the contract has been fully performed with the aim to have the right goods at the right place and time at the lowest possible costs and with the minimum possible loss. |
| Responsabilitati | Cargo Contracts Execution - Perform delivery of inventories for purchases and sales contracts to ensure the contracts full execution within the contractual clauses and contract budgeted costs. Budgets and resources - Monitor & control inventories costs to ensure effective cost control within budgets, and resources utilization; good services quality over price report reduce quantity loss during storage, manipulation and transport Inventories - Monitor, control and ensure cargo quality, ownership transfer and credit limits to ensure effective cost control within budgets, good contractual quality of the inventories, reduce quantity loss and quality depreciation during storage, manipulation and transfer, mitigate the credit risks System & Documents - Register, issue and manage document flow and system data-base to ensure correct and accurate information input into data-base, cost distribution on the inventories, correspondence and invoice registration, issuance, filling and reporting Procedures - Follow and respect local and BEU Policies and procedures to ensure compliance and implementation |
| Cerinte | Bachelor degree 2 - 3 years relevant experience Technical knowledge: Incoterms, Gafta/Fosfa regulations, VAT applicability, manipulation and quality of grains, meals, oilseeds, oils, basic accounting ( invoices, costs distribution) Dynamic, Innovative, Organized, Good communication skills , Ability to find creative solutions, Good resistance to stress, Team player, Good resources management, numerical skills, Pro-active English Language –very good –spoken & written PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Lotus Notes, Sharp, SAP) |
